At Hound.com we have thousands of jobs posted on its site, but at the same time it provides limited access of people to this websites. As a result of which competition becomes less these new jobs. Hound.com doesn’t have recruiters, or even allow their ads, on the site. I have to agree with that because I’ve spoken to recruiters who were way beyond clueless about the new jobs they advertise.Recruiters can be pure bureaucracy at its absolute worst.I received many offers in the first week itself and shortlisted new jobs for interview. All the new jobs matched my qualification perfectly. Hound.com aggregates and locates jobs that are excellent new jobs.
